- A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
- LP, LPC, LCSW or LMFT valid in Missouri required

Director of Outpatient Services
Compensation:
The Director of Outpatient Services will supervise and direct outpatient department team members in a manner that maximizes resources, meets clinical needs, and ensures quality and effective work is done.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. This position may cover a combination of the Raymore, Harrisonville, and Warrensburg offices.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC
- Ensure quality services that provide clinically appropriate, effective management of behavioral health symptoms within outpatient and co-located offices across the state
- Supervise and direct the Outpatient Therapists and Behavioral Health Consultants (BHCs) (if applicable) processes, including external partnerships, internal referrals, and ongoing grant/contract work
- Provide program oversight and development, along with partnership with other stakeholders
- Supervise Outpatient Therapists and BHCs to ensure that quality work is being accomplished; therapy schedules are managed effectively; and they are collaborating seamlessly with other departments
- Regularly review all data related to Outpatient—financial, quality, compliance, and administrative—and follow up with staff as needed
- Coordinate with CRS and CS to ensure that schedules are filled and meeting agency needs
- Participate in Utilization Review (UR) and provide direction regarding findings of UR
- Work with Compass Training Institute (CTI) to coordinate training of new and current staff, as it pertains to the provision of OP and BHC Services
- Assist with clinical orientation of new staff, including familiarization tours, documentation, welcoming, etc
- Direct peer review processes to ensure appropriate services are given, to provide a feedback loop for quality improvement
- Evaluate staff members’ performance and make recommendations for promotions/termination of employment to the HR department and Senior Director of Outpatient Services
- Hold regular meetings between internal stakeholders to ensure that all processes are outlined and followed
- Create and maintain relationships with external agencies and other stakeholders, along with the assistance from the regional VP of Corporate Partnerships
- Conduct monthly staff meetings for overall agency communication, updates, and training
- Attend bimonthly clinical integration meetings
- Attend monthly OP Director meetings
- Assist with consultation and ongoing opportunity for skills development
- Follow up with consumers as needed
- Other duties as assigned
