• Welcome Outreach
  An onboarding coordinator will contact you to schedule your orientation and
  send the details you'll need to prepare.
• Complete Your New Hire Paperwork
  Log in to our Human Resources Portal (UKG) to fill out all required forms before
  your first day. You'll receive login details and instructions via email.
• Prepare Your I-9 Documents
  Bring original documents showing your identity and authorization to work.

• Department Check-In
  Your supervisor or team member will reach out with info about your first week.

• I-9 Documentation (originals only)
• Your Cell Phone – for authentication setup
• Jacket or Sweater – some rooms can get chilly

Your First Day

• We’ll collect your I-9 documents, and your I-9 will be completed
• Distribute any needed equipment
• Get you connected to our systems and applications

• Meet your supervisor (details provided in a separate welcome email)
• Take a tour, meet your team, and begin new hire tasks
• Attend a virtual Microsoft Teams training session

Your Second Day

Join us online from 9:00 AM–4:30 PM for an engaging day of learning about our
mission, culture, and resources to help you thrive.

• A quiet space will be provided
• Lunch Break: 11:30 AM–12:00 PM
