EHR Support Supervisor

Compass Health Network USA (Remote) Full-Time

Compensation: $76,462.26 annually

The EHR Support Supervisor will lead and manage the EHR Support Team. This position will directly supervise and assist with problem resolution for the Support Team. They will ensure timely response to ticket requests and provide guidance to the Support Team. They will be integral with implementing and managing various components of multiple Electronic Health Record(s) to meet organizational goals and objectives.

This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working Monday-Friday, primarily 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. This is a remote position open to Missouri Residents only.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Understands and manages the various Electronic Health Record systems within the organization
• Manages the day-to-day operations of the EHR Support Team
• Ensures responses to tickets (customer requests) are timely and meet the goals set by the department
• Responsible for ensuring Adapt Avatar EHR requests such as form builds, updates, testing, etc. are responded to promptly
• Responsible for ensuring all new hires are entered into the system by orientation date
• Responsible for ensuring all Compass departures are responded to timely
• Provides direction and support for the EHR Support Team staff
• Responsible for training Support Team on new functionality
• Responsible for managing on-call coverage
• Responsible for monthly reports to leadership such as trending of tickets (provide education) or identifying any opportunities for efficiency or improvement,
• Attend meetings as required
• Manage multiple projects and associated task to meet deadlines
• Supervise/manage the EHR Support Team
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• High School/GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science, informatics or related field preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• High level of computer proficiency and Electronic Health Record knowledge preferred
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written required
• Possess the ability to manage multiple projects and associated task to meet deadlines required
