Do you meet the requirements for this job?
Supported Employment Supervisor
Compensation: $35.17/hr
Provides oversight to supported employment program. Responsible for supervision of Employment Specialists and Benefits Specialist and coordinates services with treatment team.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working Monday-Friday.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC
- Provides oversight, training, and supervision to the Supported Employment Program.
- Facilitates weekly Supported Employment team meetings, and individual staffing.
- Implements and maintains IPS (Individual Placement with Support) fidelity measures.
- Maintains ACES folders and files located in shared drive (:Z)
- Maintains Vocational Rehabilitation folder and files located in shared drive (:Z) and coordinates with billing staff to track VR payments
- Lead community job development training with program staff
- Maintain Supported Employment client lists and track progress.
- Coordinates IPS fidelity visits and attends required trainings and meetings.
- Provides program director with monthly program reports
- Meets monthly with Vocational Rehabilitation staff and provides required reports.
- May require a small caseload of consumers
- Although driving is not an essential function of the position, a valid license and agency established minimum automobile coverage are required in the event the employee drives during employment.
- Other duties as assigned
