Pinocchio Supervisor
Compensation: $35.17/hr
The Pinocchio Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the Pinocchio Staff to which they are assigned.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working Monday-Friday. This is a hybrid position that will require travel to the schools in the Jefferson County region.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC:
- Core Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, hiring, and training of Pinocchio Associates
- Coordination of screening services for Pinocchio Program
- Attend parent conferences as scheduled.
- Ensure compliance with all Compass Health administrative requirements and school district policies
- Consultation with teachers, principals, counselors, etc.
- Clinical and programmatic supervision of personnel.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Performance appraisals.
- Attend weekly supervision with each direct report.
- Attend monthly team meeting.
- Program development.
- Work with Executive Team to ensure program profitability.
- After hours consultation for crisis and staff backup.
- Marketing school based and intervention programs.
- Attend all training as required by Compass Health Network.
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
