School Based Intake Specialist
Compensation: $36.29/hr. - $39.29/hr. Dep on License
The School Based Intake Specialist provides direct and collateral clinical services with the emphasis on completing an initial Collaborative Behavioral health assessment and to ensure individuals are referred to appropriate services based on needs.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. This candidate will also be required to work at other locations, including Hillsboro.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC
- Conduct clinical interviews to obtain comprehensive information to determine treatment recommendations.
- Refer clients to the appropriate level of treatment and provide referrals for other treatment options (psychiatry/community support) as needed.
- Complete all required assessment documentation (Collaborative Initial assessment, initial/master treatment plan, DLA20, diagnosis and CIPRP) per program standards on the same day as the clinical interview.
- Assist with initial intake paperwork and documentation, as needed, as directed by the supervisor
- Meet all expectations and guidelines identified in COMTREA's Code of Conduct.
- Provide coverage for the clinical team when there is a decrease in admissions
- Remain knowledgeable on new information in the behavioral health field through internal and external trainings.
- Ability to provide assessments in various Comtrea locations to meet client needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
