Job Requirements of EHR QA Analyst:
• High School/ GED required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in computer science or related field
WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• At least three (3) years equivalent work experience required if no bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience with other Electronic Health Records is preferred
• Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies and issues resolution techniques
• Ability to conduct research into software development, delivery concepts, and technical application issues

EHR QA Analyst
Compensation: $76,462.26/Annually
The EHR QA Analyst is responsible for the review and testing of all EHR application changes, including new form/template development, new feature implementation, patches/updates, and workflow changes, and ensuring they are designed and created with the highest quality standards. Responsible for developing accompanying guides for all changes and ensuring change management process is upheld.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 40 hours weekly. *Remote position open to Missouri residents.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC
• Provide QA review of all changes implemented by EHR Application Analysts, in collaboration with EHR Application Architect, to ensure all changes work as intended, meet the requested need and/or resolves identified issue
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure applications meet all identified organization and program needs as well as any applicable regulatory requirements
• Develop and document test plans, test cases, and test scripts to provide comprehensive and practical testing of the EHR applications and workflows
• Identify, track and report EHR application defects and work with EHR teams and/or vendors to resolve them.
• Record, track and document the testing or problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution
• Facilitate the upkeep and design of appropriate user training materials with super users and serve as training resource to the agency
• Serve as backup to EHR Application Analysts as needed, assisting with form/template creation, EHR maintenance or other tasks, as well as assisting with tickets
• Assist projects, attend meetings, workshops, and various programs, as needed
• Other duties as assigned
