Director of Employment Services
Compensation: $79,019.20 Annually
The Director of Employment Services is responsible for overseeing the provision of supported employment services.
*This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working a Hybrid model Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM with occasional weekend coverage as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC
- Ensure that qualified personnel provide comprehensive employment services
- Maintain written date to evaluate the overall effectiveness of services
- Assure documentation of treatment is timely and complete
- Prepare and submit semi-annual reports regarding demographic information of participants, results of outcome measures, and results of ratings on satisfaction surveys
- Provide clinical supervision
- Conduct weekly team meetings
- Other duties as assigned
