Job Requirements of Screening Specialist:

At least six (6) months Human Resources or screening experience required; a degree in Human Resources can be used in lieu of required experience.

Screening Specialist
Compensation: $17.89/hr.
The Screening Specialist is responsible for providing background screening for job candidates and administrative support to the Human Resources department.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working Monday-Friday. This is a remote position open to Missouri Residents only.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC
- Conducts initial background screenings (FCSR, OIG, SAMS, education verification, etc.)
- Completes I9 & E-Verification process as needed
- Uploads and processes new hire forms and documentation into personnel record
- Assists with filing of personnel documentation, following all legal guidelines
- Assists with auditing new hire documentation and personnel record, following all legal guidelines
- Provides backup support for Human Resources staff when needed
- Performs research for Human Resources topics as directed
- Performs other projects as assigned
