Compensation: $56,160.00

POSITION PURPOSE:

               

Oversees all aspects of the Opioid Treatment Program to ensure that the consumers and family members received quality care.

                       

QUALIFICATIONS:

                 

Master’s degree in mental health field and three (3) or more years experience in substance use disorder treatment.  Licensed preferred.  Specialized training in Medication Assisted Treatment and substance use disorders with at least one (1) year supervisory experience preferred. Has a commitment to service and personal excellence. Is team oriented and values diversity.

                       

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

1) Maintain quality and continuity of opioid treatment program, medication assisted treatment and adult substance use disorder treatment to include co-occurring disorders

 

2) Oversee all staff operations

 

3) Direct recruitment, hiring and training of staff

 

4) Assure contract compliance and coordination with DEA, DBH, BNDD rules and the regulations

 

5) Ensure program meets all certification requirements for the Division of Behavioral Health, BNDD, Board of Pharmacy, SAMSHA, CARF or other accrediting agencies as required

 

6) Manage sub-contracts, referral arrangements and coordination with referrals involving other community agencies

 

7) Manage program development

 

8) Provide fiscal management and accountability

 

9) Participate in agency meetings as appropriate

 

10) Monitor staff attendance and compliance with rules and regulations of the organization

 

11) Other duties as assigned.

                       

Although driving is not an essential function of the position, a valid license and agency established minimum automobile coverage are required in the event the employee drives during the course of employment.
