Compensation: $21.00/hr

POSITION PURPOSE

Responsible for providing specialized services for the treatment of co-occurring substance abuse and mental illness to individuals enrolled in the Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC

• Service provision based on multidisciplinary rehabilitation plan to include, but not limited to, assessing level/state of treatment, administering assessment tools, providing individual co-occurring counseling, arranging and providing educational and process groups co-occurring counseling, preparing and/or participating in development of individualized treatment plans and treatment reviews
• Providing outreach and engagement services as needed
• Providing CPRC community support services as indicated in the consumer’s treatment plan
• Assist in the assessment and documentation of consumer eligibility for services
• Responsible for appropriate documentation and recording within the case record according to policy
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision
• Participate in weekly team meetings
• Adhere to ongoing professional training policies
• Assist client with transportation as clinically indicated; Driving is an essential function of this position
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATION(S): EDUCATION

• High School/GED required
• Associate’s/Bachelor’s/Master’s* degree in a human service-related field preferred
*If qualifying as a QMHP, a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, rehabilitation/vocational/pastoral counseling, family therapy or closely-related field is required

QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• A QMHP or QAP with one (1) year of training or supervised experience in substance abuse treatment required
• Must be actively acquiring 24 hours of training in integrated-specific content and receive supervision from experienced integrated treatment staff if an individual has less than one (1) year of experience in integrated treatment
• A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required

QUALIFICATION(S): LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

• QMHP or QAP* required
*If qualifying as a QAP, candidate must possess at least one (1) of the below substance use professional certifications if not a physician or QMHP who is provisionally or fully licensed in the state of MO with at least one (1) year of full time experience in the treatment of persons with substance use disorders:
o CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, CCJP, CCDP, CCDP-D, RADC or RADC-P required
