Job Requirements of Facilities Service Supervisor:
• High School/GED required
• Associate’s degree preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE
• At least two years of supervisory experience required
• At least five years construction, safety, or management experience preferred
• A valid drivers license at the time of hire along with agency established minimum automobile coverage required
• Must have a working knowledge of reading floor plans, NFPA National Building Codes, National Fire Codes, Local Building Codes, CARF, Medicare/Medicaid and OSHA requirements regarding safety and equipment
• Must have a general knowledge of buildings, construction, remodeling, and project tracking achieved through specific training and/or experience
• Must be able to multitask multiple projects, disciplines, environments and sites and work independently with mostly remote access to supervisor along with possessing cognitive, organizational, and emotional ability and maturity to deal effectively with multiple stressors, deadlines and difficult situations
• Must be able to regularly travel within their assigned region and attend trainings
• Must be proficient with general office computers, functions, and mobile devices

Facilities Service Supervisor
Compensation: $27.10/Hourly
The Facilities Service Supervisor oversees the ongoing maintenance, upkeep, renovations, repairs, and facility needs of their assigned region. Supervises the maintenance functions of specific facilities' physical plants, equipment, and grounds in order to provide a safe and clean environment that meets all regulatory standards. This position will provide supervision of maintenance and housekeeping staff in their assigned region.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working Monday-Friday.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC
• Oversee the work order management system for assigned region
• Assign work orders to appropriate staff or vendor
• Complete construction projects, renovation, safety, emergency management, etc. as needed
• Prepare reports for weekly update meetings with supervisor and Regional VP
• Participate in regular departmental and committee meetings as assigned
• Oversee day to day operations and tasks of assigned staff
• Complete performance development process
• Timecard management - approve time off requests and time sheets
• Conduct regular training with in house staff with department related material
• Communicate with Directors and Regional VP’s
• Conduct inspections at all locations of assigned regions
• Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the company and the department
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
• Oversee day to day operations and tasks of supervisees
• Complete performance development/AIM process
• Timecard Management – Manages time sheets
• Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals
WORKING CONDITIONS & EXPOSURE RISK
• Regular exposure to electrical energy hazards
• Operating vehicles or machinery
