Senior Director of Adult CPRC
Compensation:
The Senior Director of Adult CPRC/I-CPRC oversees and directs processes that will ensure timely, clinically appropriate, high quality, effective, whole-person care to clients seeking intensive and adult CPRC services.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is primarily Monday - Friday, but flexible availability will be required. Statewide travel is required of this candidate. Open to candidates in Jefferson City, and Union areas.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Oversees assigned Adult CPRC Directors, Well Being Center Directors, I-CPRC Directors, Employment Directors, DD Director, and their respective teams, including staff responsible for fidelity-based programming such as ITCD and ACT
Ensures consistent training, processes, and expectations across all Adult CPRC programs, and supports supervisory teams in developing needed skills
Participates in team huddles and rotates through assigned offices (in-person) to ensure fidelity and consistency in operations
Ensures delivery of high-fidelity, strengths-based, stage-matched, community-based services for adults with SPMI and co-occurring substance use disorders
Leads detailed projects as assigned (e.g., MPR, MBS, therapist integration within CPRC teams, Well Being Center curriculum, IRTS, clustered apartment expansion, Primary Care improvements), and ensures integration between CPRC and other service lines
Coordinates with Adult CPRC Directors to align programming efforts and provides direct support to the Senior Vice President of Rehabilitation Services
Collaborates with Data, Quality, and Compliance departments to promote continuous improvement and identify staff training needs
Provides guidance to directors and their teams based on data insights, quality and compliance feedback, and fidelity reviews
Holds regular meetings with direct reports and, as needed, their teams to facilitate communication between frontline staff and the Senior Vice President
Adheres to all professional, certification, and corporate ethical standards
Follows up directly with consumers as needed
Supports special projects as assigned by the Senior Vice President of Rehabilitation Services
Performs other duties as assigned
