Job Requirements of Vice President of Healthcare Home:
• Master’s degree required
• Doctorate degree preferred
• Two (2) years of experience in the mental health field with Doctorate degree
• Four (4) years of experience in the mental health field with Master’s degree
• Minimum two (2) years of management experience required

Active Missouri licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LP) required

Vice President of Healthcare Home
Compensation:
The Vice President of Healthcare Home provides clinical and administrative oversight of healthcare home services to ensure access to needed health services and supports. Serves as a member of the clinical management team to ensure consistency and quality along a continuum of integrated services.
Responsibilities include:
• Oversees healthcare home program
• Serves as DMH Healthcare Home Director
• Ensures HCH services meet credentialing and licensing standards
• Ensures HCH services are clinically effective and of the highest quality through direct supervision of regional nursing directors and indirect supervision of direct care staff
• Provides input in the development of and helps ensure implementation of clinical initiatives and practices consistently across the system
• Participates with other DCCOs to integrate care among clinical departments
• Assists with clinical oversight of investigations of events regarding consumers and staff
• Trains staff on chronic health conditions and how to manage them
• Participates in strategic planning processes
• Provides reports and target metrics on a regular basis to review progress on strategic initiatives
• Contributes as a member of the Senior Management team
• Other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Oversees day-to-day operations and tasks of supervisees
• Completes performance development/AIM process
• Time card management – manages time sheets
• Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals
Job Requirements:
