Job Requirements of Screening and Human Resource Support Specialist:

WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
At least one (1) year Human Resources or screening experience required; a degree in Human Resources can be used in lieu of required experience.

Screening and Human Resource Support Specialist
Compensation: $17.89/hr
The Screening and HR Support Specialist is responsible for staff and contractor background screening and administrative support to the Human Resources department.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC
- Ensure all direct care employees are privileged and re-privileged according to company policy.
- Manage internal transfer process to include the review of personnel files and completing required background screenings and medical requirements.
- Consistent internal auditing of employee credentials, records, and HR processes
- Assist with filing and data entry following all legal guidelines.
- Process and upload forms and documentation into personnel record
- Generate reports, as requested.
- Provide backup support for Human Resources staff when needed (Initial background screenings,
- I-9/E-Verifications, training, etc.)
- Special projects as assigned.
