Job Requirements of Dental Director:
EDUCATION
• Graduate from an accredited dental school required
• Completion of an accredited general practice residency program is preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Computer literate in electronic mail, word processing, and office management system software required
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
• Licensed Dentist in the state of Missouri required
• CPR certification or ability to obtain required

Dental Director
Compass Health is seeking a Dentist with experience in leadership for the role of Dental Director. This full-time position combines both active practice as well as leadership for a team of dentists and is based in our St. Louis area clinic. Consisting of approximately 70% practice and 30% administrative/leadership time, the ideal candidate will have both prior leadership and FQHC experience.
