LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
- CADC, LCSW, LMSW, LPC, PLPC, or SATOP Qualified Professional in the State of Missouri

SATOP Administrator
Compensation:
The SATOP Administrator oversees the operation of the various SATOP components in order to provide services in an efficient and professional manner as set forth in the standards provided by the State of Missouri.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC
- Maintain a staffing pattern of certified qualified professionals in sufficient ratio to cover the number of consumers served for all SATOP programs (OMU, OEP, WIP, CIP)
- Oversee the fiscal management of the program including the assessment and collection of consumer fees, and of the disbursement to the Department of Mental Health, all supplemental fees as required
- Assure that the OMU component is available at reasonable and sufficient times in order to serve the number of DRI screening applicants requesting services
- Be responsible for the scheduling of OEP and WIP classes and coordinate CIP services within the CSTAR programs and the outpatient POS alcohol/drug program
- Oversee the transmission of all reports as required by various State agencies (Department of Mental Health, Department of Revenue, etc.) and various courts and SATOP providers
- Review and maintain consumer files as set forth by the State of Missouri and the confidentiality guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
