Job Requirements of Treatment Court Coordinator:
• High School/GED required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Master’s degree in human services or related field required ONLY if individual is licensed
At least one (1) year experience in the substance abuse field preferred
QUALIFICATION(S): LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
CADC, CRADC, RADC, PLPC, PLMFT or LMSW required; LMFT/LPC/LCSW preferred.

Treatment Court Coordinator
Compensation: $26.78/hr-$39.29/hr Dep on License
Due to critical service need of the communities we serve, we are offering a $4000 sign-on bonus.* We are eager to continue to provide quality and compassionate care in our service areas and need you to make this happen!
The Drug Court Coordinator provides individual, family and group counseling to persons with substance use disorders and their family with the goal of helping them establish and maintain a substance-free lifestyle, thereby enhancing their quality of life. Also coordinates drug court treatment services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC
• Perform the twelve core functions as established by the Missouri Substance Abuse Certification Board: screening, intake, orientation, assessment, education, referral, record keeping, treatment planning, counseling, case management, crisis intervention, and consultation
• Participate in regular treatment team meetings and reviews as established by drug court guidelines
• Maintain a sufficient caseload in order to meet billable unit expectations
• Maintain accurate and complete clinical records according to requirements and standards of entities
• Keep records of client contacts as specified by accounting and statistical needs of the organization
• Abide by the ethical standards as set forth by the MSAPCB and the organization
• Generally, assist treatment team in providing quality client care
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with members of the treatment team to include the Courts, Children’s Division, Juvenile Division, and Probation and Parole
• Respond to general chart audits and contract compliance visits
• Other duties as assigned
Collect and process urine drug screens
WORKING CONDITIONS & EXPOSURE RISK
Regular exposure to blood and/or bodily fluids
