Revenue Special Projects Lead
Compensation: $25.10 hourly
Responsible for the coordination and completion of Revenue special projects and subprojects involving the planning, designing and implementation of financial policies, fee schedules, workflows, and inter-departmental processes as they relate the revenue cycle. This position will be responsible for tracking progress, assigning deadlines and reporting back to management on the status of assigned revenue special projects.
This is a Full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. *Remote position open to Missouri residents.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC
The position requires a clear demonstration of expertise in project management, organizational communication, and team facilitation in the following functions:
• Lead the planning and implementation of assigned Revenue special projects
• Coordinate with other billing directors and supervisors to ensure changes to policies and processes are implemented consistently and accurately
• Liaison with office managers and area VPs to ensure accurate processes and data collection occur at the beginning stages of the revenue cycle
• Maintain and coordinate all updates to all fee schedules
• Provide analysis and review of reports over designated special projects
• See to the completion of all assigned special projects and ensure transition of on-going monitoring and overview is in place with the affected staff and departments
• Provide feedback and support to the revenue department as needed
• Other duties as assigned
