Job Requirements of Corporate Trainer LPN-CTI:
• High School/GED required
• Practical Nursing certificate required
QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• At least one (1) year of experience as an LPN in community health required
• Experience conducting training, practicing, and providing evidence-based interventions preferred
• Training experience preferred - proficient in curriculum development and training methodologies for adult learning
• High energy, dynamic, enthusiastic, motivational presentation/training style required
• Capability of influencing and engaging people in partnerships to accomplish common objectives required
• Ability to complete projects independently using strong time management, organizational, planning, project management, and problem resolution skills required
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment required
• Computer literate with in-depth knowledge of MS office and web-based systems required; experience with virtual meeting platforms is preferred
• Must be willing to travel 60% of the time
• Valid MO driver’s license and agency-established minimum automobile coverage required

Corporate Trainer LPN-CTI
Compensation: $25.10/hr
The Corporate Trainer LPN - CTI is responsible for providing education, skill development, and ongoing learning opportunities to employees of the organization in order to support their job performance and career advancement, as well as the organization’s strategic plan.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working Monday-Friday, days. This is a Hybrid position, with travel required for training and employee health screening events within the region.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC
• Assist in the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs in support of programmatic, departmental, organizational, and regulatory needs and requirements. Trainings may include, but are not limited to, Level 1 Medication Aide Training, Basic Life Support and First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogen, Infection Control, Non-Violent Physical Crisis Intervention, and CLIA Certification
• Compile and distribute BLS and First Aid rosters and cards
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions across the organization both in person and via web-based systems utilizing a variety of training methodologies and techniques for adult learning
• Research, learn, implement, and evaluate new techniques in corporate training and adult learning
• Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
• Set the standard and expectations in his/her conduct, work ethic, integrity and character by modeling the organization’s five guidelines to service excellence and BETTER & BETTER culture
• Monitor employee’s performance in response to training and conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
• Complete and submit paperwork and documentation associated with the various training programs
• Assist with employee TB screening and testing process
• Assist with organizing and administering annual employee health fairs
• Create and distribute monthly wellness newsletters
• Assist in administering workers’ compensation program by coordinating care, responding to claim inquiries, and coordinating return-to-work program with employee and supervisor
• Special projects as assigned by the Senior Director of HR- Employee Engagement and Learning
