Job Requirements of Regional Nursing Director Healthcare Home:
• Associate degree in nursing required
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
At least two (2) years of clinical supervisory experience preferred
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: RN licensed in Missouri required

Regional Nursing Director Healthcare Home
Compensation: $72,779.20 annually
The Regional Nursing Director Healthcare Home is a member of the Healthcare Home Leadership Team and directs and manages a regional team of nurse care managers, providing guidance and clinical supervision on all aspects of healthcare home policy/procedure and processes.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. This candidate will cover the Southwest Region and will travel to various sites and meetings as needed. Offices covered are Butler, Nevada, Warsaw, Clinton, Windsor, and Osceola.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC:
• Champion integration of physical and behavioral health, prevention, and wellness through quality assurance and improvement
• Work collaboratively with CPRC/SUD/Outpatient Nursing and other clinical leadership to ensure that health home activities are integrated into other clinical programs as appropriate:
o Maintain communication with other department directors and supervisors regarding program/client needs
o Provide feedback to VP-Healthcare Home regarding issues, developments, and needs of region
o Work with HCH Leadership Team on analysis of data and actions to be taken to ensure Continuous Quality Improvement
o Assist other clinical teams as needed in learning various software programs necessary for HCH data entry and management
o Work with Specialized Healthcare Consultants to arrange training on identified health topics for staff
o Ensure compliance with Compass goal for completion of metabolic syndrome screening
Provide consistent positive feedback for completion efforts
Manage supply inventory and ordering and compliance with testing protocols for region
• Lead and manage a team of Nurse Care Managers:
o Provide administrative and clinical supervision
o Ensure adequate staffing patterns to meet needs
o Work with the Nurse Trainer/Floater to orient new nurses as needed
o Disseminate information regarding policies and procedures to staff
o Conduct AIM discussions with direct report staff
o Conduct and document monthly supervision and weekly team meetings with NCMs, and support staff opportunities to facilitate professional growth
o Ensure completion of all required nursing interventions as defined by DMH regulations as well as service provision expectations
o Ensure proper documentation of all HCH nursing services
o Provide backup to any direct report position as needed
• Ensure optimal enrollment to slot capacity by overseeing admission/transfer/discharge of enrollees
• Attend Compass Metabolic Committee Meeting, Regional CPRC/SUD huddles and integration meetings as able, HCH Leadership meetings, Compass Management Team meetings, Regional VP meetings, Nursing Integration meetings, Agency and State level HCH meetings and trainings, and other meetings as assigned
• Other duties as assigned
