Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders Supervisor

Compass Health Network Arnold, MO (Onsite) Full-Time

Compensation: $36.52/hr & $37.99/hr master's level

The ITCD Supervisor establishes, administers and directs the program of Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring disorders within a CPRC team, ensuring appropriate services are provided per fidelity by a multidisciplinary team and functions as a practicing clinician on the team, and fulfills the responsibilities of a CPRC Supervisor.

This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working Monday-Friday.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC

• Provide supervision of ITCD/CPRC team members to include at least one hour of face-to-face individual supervision, daily availability for consultation and ongoing opportunity for skill development
• Oversee and promote the growth of the ITCD/CPRC program
• Oversee DMH ITCD program fidelity and maintain fair/good program implementation
• Prepare and participate in 2 internal QM reviews and 1 external DMH fidelity review per year
• Provide co-occurring consultation and education within the interdisciplinary team
• Review and process ITCD & CPRC outcome data to drive treatment
• Ensure appropriate documentation and recording occurs within individual case records per policy
• Participate in daily team meetings and weekly cross-training sessions
• Ensure face-to-face initial screenings occur upon referral to the ITCD program
• Based on level of qualification, conducting screenings and assessments for potential consumers is required
• Assist clients with transportation as clinically indicated; driving is an essential function of the position
• Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and tasks of supervisees
• Complete performance development/AIM process
• Time card management – manages time sheets
• Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s degree in a human service-related field preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP) as defined in 9 CSR 10-7.140 (2) (RR)
or
• Must meet the qualifications for a Community Support Specialist (IHS) as defined in 9 CSR 10-7.140 (2) (QQ) plus an additional three (3) years of experience. *Experience must be with individuals with mental illness or substance use disorders. **Experience must be with the same population they will serve as a supervisor.
• A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
