Job Requirements of I-CPRC Regional Director:
Master’s degree in a human service-related field required.
QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• At least two years of relevant experience required
• Supervisory and/or administrative training and experience preferred
QUALIFICATION(S): LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
PLPC, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT LMSW, or LCSW, required or will be able to obtain within 9 months of accepting the
role.

I-CPRC Regional Director
Compensation:
The I-CPRC (Intensive Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation) Regional Director is responsible for the oversight and operation of I-CPR programing for Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS), Psychiatric Individualized Supported Living (PISLs), clustered apartment services ensuring persons in treatment have a high level of quality care, safety and stabilization with the goal of moving them toward and/or obtaining a more independent level of care.
This is a full-time position covering the Central/Southern regions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC:
• Oversees implementation of the Intensive Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (I-CPRC) in accordance with CPRC certification standards, CARF standards, and Compass Health Network policy
• Ensures delivery of quality clinical care across teams; collaborates with the Clinical VP and other I-CPRC Directors to align processes system-wide
• Ensures compliance with all applicable licensure, certification, and accreditation requirements
• Leads program development and advocates for both the program and individuals serve
• Participates in strategic planning efforts to guide program growth and alignment with organizational goals
• Oversees performance improvement activities to support positive consumer outcomes
• Coordinates and monitors financial activity in alignment with agency and client financial policies
• Manages program finances by monitoring staff and program productivity, tracking expenses in accordance with the approved budget, and assisting in annual budget development
• Participates in agency meetings as appropriate
• Monitors service documentation through regular record reviews
• Oversees response to client crises, including providing clinical direction and reviewing all critical or clinically significant events
• Ensures safety and oversight of residents
• Champions and facilitates integration between CPRC and other Compass departments, as well as with community partners
• Ensures clients receive culturally appropriate services that meet the unique needs of individuals and families
• Participates in quality assurance activities
• Reviews staff training and job requirements to ensure competency and compliance with applicable standards
• Ensures staff deliver services within the scope of their roles, education, and training
• Prepares and submits required reports to the Department of Mental Health
• Performs other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
• Oversees day-to-day operations and tasks of supervisees
• Completes performance development/AIM process
• Time card management – manages time sheets
• Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals
