Do you meet the requirements for this job?

340B Analyst
Compensation: $20.98/hr
The 340B Analyst will provide supportive services to a department head/lead by performing high level clerical/technical tasks critical to the
operations of the 340B program. Auditing experience and the ability to work well in a team and independently is preferred in this position.
Responsibilities Include:
• Assist with the implementation of new TPAs (Third Party Administrators)
• Review and manage new contracts to ensure they are complete, reviewed by legal counsel, and posted on the shared drive for auditing purposes
• Become proficient in accessing, editing, updating the TPA portals (Walgreens, 340Basics, Wellpartner)
• Learn to create a dashboard of performance of all contracted pharmacy sites-report monthly
• Review file uploads for content and be sure they are uploaded and received in a format that is usable-investigate and identify what the issues are when they occur
• Review claim data on portals looking for inaccurate matching (due to misspelled names, wrong insurance match, commercial vs. self-pay, etc.)
• Request reversal of claims mismatched with the TPAs
• Review and assist with the analysis of script data in identifying additional opportunities for contracting with new pharmacies
• Discuss/assist with the addition of new pharmacies and/or new TPAs
• Access HRSAs OPA site to review current information to match any updates
• Access HRSA/OPA quarterly to do ‘snapshots’ required for policy
• Work with individual pharmacy representatives in resolving 340B issues as they arise
• Maintain and edit provider lists (full-time and part-time) with onboarding and departing providers
• Work with credentialing to collect NPI, DEA, etc. information
• Audit for departing providers to ensure none are being filled after departure date
• Assist with implementation and review of referrals.
• Review current volume of existing pharmacies and make recommendations for termination if expenses exceed profits
• Participate in the 340B Oversight Committee
• Assist with all audits requested
• Act as a point of contact by responding to emails and phone calls or directing to the appropriate person
• Accept assignments on a variety of projects
• Create presentations about the 340B program
• Schedule meetings/reservations as requested
• Assist in the completion of monthly and quarterly reports
• Supports Sr. 340B Analyst with referrals
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Other duties as assigned
