Job Requirements of Test for postings:
High School/GED preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Working knowledge and understanding of general housekeeping & cleaning methods, and general maintenance methods and procedures preferred
• General knowledge of building and equipment maintenance/repair preferred
• At least two (2) years’ experience in maintenance or janitorial operations preferred
• A valid driver’s license at the time of hire required

Test for postings
To provide support services to the assigned facility with regard to maintaining and cleaning the facility including offices, restrooms, showers, equipment, physical plant and grounds in order to provide a safe and clean environment.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC
• Perform general maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, changing bulbs, plunging toilets, and assembling furniture
• Assist in receiving materials and supplies, restocking materials and supplies, and notifying appropriate staff of low materials and supplies
• Other maintenance duties as assigned by individual location
• Other duties as assigned
WORKING CONDITIONS & EXPOSURE RISK
Exposure to biohazard and/or chemical waste materials
