Job Requirements of Co-Occurring Disorder Specialist Assertive Community Treatment:
• Bachelor’s degree required unless otherwise approved by DMH
• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, rehabilitation/vocational/pastoral counseling, family therapy or closely-related field preferred (required only if qualifying as a QMHP or licensed)
WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• If qualifying as a QAP, at least one (1) year of training or supervised experience in substance use treatment is required*
o (*If less than one year of experience, must be actively acquiring 24 hours of training in COD content and receiving supervision from experiences co-occurring staff.)
• If qualifying as a QMHP, the completion of a practicum or at least one (1) year of experience under the supervision of a QMHP is required
Qualified Addiction Professional credential (CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, CCDP or CCJP MO) required
or
PLPC, LPC, LMFT, PMFT, LMSW or LCSW license in Missouri required

Compensation: $27.98-$40.49 Dependent on Credential/License
