Compensation: $17.50/hr
The Medication Refill Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate schedules for assigned providers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC:
• Utilize necessary coordination tools to be used for working specific staff schedules
• Answer incoming calls regarding medication refill submissions
• Monitor medication refill submissions daily
• Schedule ROH bridge sessions in addition to ongoing outpatient services as requested
• Provide follow-up on designated clients requiring specific support (appts., tests, etc.)
• Ensure schedules are filled to necessary capacity
• Coordinate with necessary team members when errors are found verifying that error gets fixed timely
• Explain Open Access process to any caller needing to start services with Compass Health
• Verify and update name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and insurance on each call
• Other duties as assigned
High School/GED required
• Experience in a medical-setting preferred
• Must have attention to detail, well-developed organizational skills, and the ability to listen well and concisely
articulate problems/solutions
