Job Description

Compensation: $33.37/hr

The ERE Supervisor shall be responsible for overseeing the provision of the Integrated Health Specialist ERE’s, review referrals and provide clinical service direction to the CES for service expectations.

This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday. This position will cover Franklin and Jefferson County Regions. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC

• Provide supervision of Integrated Health Specialist ERE’s including at least one hour face-to-face individual supervision, daily availability for consultation and ongoing opportunity for skill development
• Insures that appropriate documentation and recording occurs within individual case records according to policy
• Participate in weekly team meetings
• Insures that face-to-face initial screenings occur within 48 hours of referral to the program
• Conducts assessments for potential consumers
• Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

• Oversee day to day operations and tasks of supervisees
• Complete performance development/AIM process
• Timecard Management – Manages time sheets
• Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals

Job Requirements

Master’s degree in psychology, social work, rehabilitation/vocational/pastoral counseling, family therapy or closely-related field required

WORK EXPERIENCE

• The completion of a practicum or at least one (1) year of experience under the supervision of a QMHP required
• At least two (2) years experience in the mental health field preferred
• All experience must include working with individuals with psychiatric, substance use, and/or developmental disabilities

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) required
