Compensation: $38.45 hrly or $41.45 hrly dependent on license

The Day Treatment Manager provides supervision and coordination of all aspects of psychosocial rehabilitation programing; assures all qualifications and requirements are met for certification and licensure and meets the needs of all individuals served.

This is a Full-time, benefit eligible position. The candidate will work in the Northwest School District, and schedule will align with school hours.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC
• Recruits, hires, trains, and monitors staff within scope of authority
• Supervises, manages, and monitors all functions of the Day Treatment programing to include:
o Assures staffing ratios within (1/3)
o Monitors the completion of necessary documentation for services, including assignment of supplies and requisitions for program supplies
o Assures program schedule is organized and structured; and contains appropriate material/content to meet standards
o Assures that all services coordinate with treatment planning and participates in individual staffing/treatment team meetings
o Works with Day Treatment staff to provide best practice services for diverse individual populations
• Supports staff as they arrange for additional services for individuals that are provided by community agencies
• Attends to needs of individuals in crisis or high-stress situations
• Provide support and monitor as staff research and creates innovative and challenging educational groups to create an atmosphere to enhance and assist individuals to function at optimum ability
• Assist staff in the development of their clinical skills, career development and continuing education plans in order to ensure that staff are provided adequate supervision, as well as offering clients receiving appropriate care
• Coordinates and tracks billing functions/details to assure accurate and timely reporting
• Provide therapy and proper documentation for individuals of Compass outside of the Day Treatment Program
• Provide support for outpatient therapy staff located at designated location. Provide administrative and crisis support in conjunction with clinical supervisor
• Communicate and collaborate with outside care providers/institutions as needed to develop/maintain positive working relationship between Compass clinicians and clients they serve
• Assure that all services are welcoming, recovery-oriented, strength-based, collaborative, medically necessary, and empirically supported to the extent possible
• Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements

Master’s Degree in psychology, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or social work required

QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Five (5) plus years of experience in direct services with children adolescents and their families required
• Experience implementing DMH programs and assuring compliance standards preferred
• Basic computer skills and word processing ability preferred
• Administrative and clinical supervisory experience preferred

QUALIFICATION(S): LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

LPC or LCSW required
