Compensation: $15.00/hr

Compass Health Network is looking for a CRS to be a part of the person-centered integrated care team and be responsible for greeting patients as they arrive, check-in/check-out, verifying demographics and collecting co-pays, if applicable. This may include primary care, dental, behavioral health and specialist appointments. This position is fast-paced, requiring continuous interactions with co-workers and patients.

*Hours will be Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm. 

Responsibilities of the Customer Relations Specialist: 

Core Responsibilities

  • Reception
  • Data Entry, Intake Paperwork, Insurance Verification, Collect Co-Pays, if applicable
  • Answer all phone calls and emails politely and direct to appropriate office staff
  • Distribute daily mail
  • Keep office supplies and PPE in stock
  • Work with IT department and GFI digital to ensure Office equipment and printers are working properly
  • Follow daily room schedules for clients and co-workers
  • Ensure office space is picked up

Other Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all HIPPA guidelines/regulations
  • Conduct self in accordance with employee manual
  • Keep abreast of any updates/changes and relay those to the Office Supervisor

 

 

Job Requirements

EDUCATION

High School/GED preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE

At least one year experience in customer service required
