Compensation: $20.98/hr
The Compliance Specialist is responsible for supporting the Compliance Department through tracking data, trend
analysis and developing reports on various Compliance Department responsibilities and projects.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible Position. Remote position open to Missouri residents.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC
• Conduct 340b compliance audits
• Develop and maintain GPS Compliance data and reports for program leadership
• Conduct GPS audits and searches and product summary reports
• GPS audits findings trend analysis
• Develop and maintain Compliance Department communication and response report to present to the
Compliance Committee
• Maintain Compliance education and training schedule and materials
• Maintain Compliance Department outreach and engagement to include management of Corporate Compliance
SharePoint page and Compliance Department Help Desk
• Serve as a participating member of the Health and Safety Committee and the Compliance Committee
• Maintain Health and Safety forms
• Develop and maintain Health and Safety data reports and analysis
• Record and process minutes, agendas and attachments for the Health and Safety Committee
• Present Health and Safety reports during committee meetings
• Assist the Compliance Department administratively
• Assist with specials projects as assigned
• Associate’s degree in computer applications or related field required
• Bachelor’s degree in computer applications or related field preferred
QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Quite and Compass Health’s EHRs preferred
• Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills preferred
