Compensation: $20.98 hourly

The Compliance Event Specialist provides support to the Compliance Department.

This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working Monday-Friday. This is a remote position open to Missouri residents only. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Assist the Compliance Department administratively
• Process management for Compass Health Network Event Reporting
• Coordinate, track and distribute Event Reports and DMH EMT Reports
• Manage follow-up for event reports/Coordinate with Human Resources on related Events
• Develop and maintain and integrated trend report for leadership
• Develop and maintain training on Event Reports for Compass Health Network
• Serve as a participating member of the Health and Safety Committee, Compliance Committee, and Risk Management Committee
• Record and process minutes, agendas and attachments for quarterly Compass Health Network Health & Safety meetings
• Maintain, update and public the Compass Health Network Facility Master spreadsheet for Health and Safety
• Daily archive of Facility Walk-Through forms, Disaster Drill Reports, Environmental drill reports
• Provide data tracking and analysis on all data forms submitted to Health & Safety
• Facilities Reports: Drill Reports; Facility Tours; New/Updated Facilities Infopath tracking
• Assist with GPS searches and audits
• Maintain Compliance Department communication and response report for the Compliance Committee
• Assist with tracking Compliance education and training schedule and attendance
• Assist with special projects as assigned

 

Job Requirements

• High School/GED required
• Associate’s degree in computer applications or related field required
• Bachelor’s degree in computer applications or related field preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Compass Health’s EHRs preferred
• Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills preferred
