Job Description

Compensation: $59,865.60-$67,000.00

POSITION PURPOSE: To provide quality mental health treatment to consumers.


Minimum of Master’s degree in human services and current licensure (LPC or LCSW) in the state of Missouri. Has a commitment to service and personal excellence. Is team oriented and values diversity.


  1. Provide supervision of Outpatient Therapists assigned including at least one hour a month of face-to-face individual supervision, daily availability for consultation and ongoing opportunity for skills development.
  2. Insures that appropriate documentation and recording occurs within individual case records according to policy.
  3. Participates in monthly staff meeting.
  4. Perform all of the essential functions of a mental health counselor as defined in the outpatient therapist job description.
  5. In the absence of Community Services Director, maintain quality and continuity of services and manage staff operations to insure safety of consumers and provide clinical guidance on all consumer treatment issues.
  6. Other duties as assigned

Although driving is not an essential function of the position, a valid license and agency established minimum automobile coverage are required in the event the employee drives during the course of employment.
