POSITION PURPOSE

The Sr. Director of Marketing is responsible for the organization’s marketing and corporate communications activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing and communications strategy for the business.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC

• Development and implementation of the Brand strategy
• Development and implementation of the marketing strategy for new and existing services including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and public relations
• Responsible for the development and management of all marketing and communications media including the organization’s website, brochures, event materials, social marketing platforms, digital sign management, etc.
• Guides the day-to-day activities of the marketing and communications team to include direct administrative supervision of staff
• Strategically selects community engagement opportunities and staffs those opportunities with marketing and communications team members
• Works closely with the leadership team to identify marketing and communications opportunities
• Manages social media presence to improve social media reputation and recognition
• Undertakes continuous analysis of competitor marketing and communications activities to inform Compass Health Network strategies
• Directly supervises assigned marketing team members

Job Requirements

EDUCATION

• High School/GED required
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
