Job Description

Compensation: $56,160 Annually

POSITION PURPOSE:

Responsible for overall effectiveness of support staff functions within designated region. Developing and implementing consistent procedures, and developing and supporting office supervisors, and partnering with all department lines for efficient and appropriate client care.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC:

• Interviews, selects, and develops office supervisor
• Responsible for all support staff functions with region
• Receives and conducts ongoing training in all office procedures and application system software.
• Develop and promote consistent support staff processes across regions.
• Review reports for office performance inaccuracy. Collections, timeliness, and customer services.
• Provide support to regional vice presidents on all collaborations, office developments, and staff placement.
• Attend all required meeting including but not limited to Region Vice President meeting, Revenue Meeting, and Office Manager Meeting.
• Assist with escalated client or staff issues.
• Trouble shoots errors in clinical entry and billing rejections
• Other duties as assigned

• Oversees day-to-day operations and tasks of supervisees

• Time card management – manages time sheets
• Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals

Job Requirements

EDUCATION:

• High School/GED required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE:

At least five (5) years’ experience required
