Compensation: $56,160.00

POSITION PURPOSE:                                     
Provide support to the CEO, Vice President of Central Operations, and Director of Corporate Compliance. Responsible for overall effectiveness of customer service representative functions within designated region by developing and implementing consistent procedures, developing and supporting office supervisors, and partnering with all department lines for efficient and appropriate client care.                                     
                                    
QUALIFICATIONS:                                    
High School diploma or GED. At least four (4) years executive experience. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills necessary with the ability to multi-task, coordinate multiple projects and handle stress effectively. Employ good analytical and decision-making skills, be flexible but detail oriented. Has a commitment to service and personal excellence. Is team oriented and values diversity.                                    
                                    
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:                                    
1) Act as liason between CEO and his direct staff.                                     

2) Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.                                    
3) Maintain appointment schedule, schedule meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel.        

4) Interviews, selects, and develops office supervisor.                                    

5) Responsible for all customer service representative functions within region.                                 

6) Receives and conducts ongoing training in all office procedures and application of systems software.                                    

7) Develop and promote consistent customer service representative processes across all regions.    

8) Provide support to regional vice president on all collaborations, office developments, and staff placement.                                    

9) Attend all required meetings including but not limited to Region Vice President Meeting and Office Manager Meetings.                                    

10) Other duties as assigned.                                    
                                    
Although driving is not an essential function of the position, a valid license and agency established minimum automobile coverage are required in the event the employee drives during the course of employment.
