Compensation: $13.60/ per hour

POSITION PURPOSE

The QM Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Compass Health Network Quality Department, Health and Safety, the CQI Committee, and the Behavioral Health Quality Committee.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC

• Administrative Support – Quality Management
• Assist to maintain, update, compile, and generate reports on consumer satisfaction data for Compass programs and for the Department of Mental Health
• Coordination of annual DMH satisfaction survey
• Distribute reports from the Quality Management Department to agency programs in a timely manner
• Record and process minutes, agendas and attachments for quarterly Compass Health Network CQI Committee, monthly Quality Department, Health & Safety, Exposure Incident Committee, Facility Captains Meeting, and Behavioral Health Subcommittee meetings
• Assist in preparations for and participate in monthly Compass Quality Department meetings
• Monitor and order supplies for the Quality Department
• Enter work orders for any general maintenance support
• Provide administrative support to all members of the Quality Department as needed
• Maintain, update, and publish the Compass Health Network Facility Master spreadsheet for Health and Safety
• Daily archive of Facility Walk Through forms, Disaster Drill Reports, Environmental drill reports
• Provide data tracking and analysis on all data forms submitted to Health & Safety
• Facilities Reports
o Drill Reports
o Facility Tours
o New/updated Facilities Infopath tracking
• Maintain the Compass Health Network Quality Library
• Other Duties as assigned
o Provide backup support for Quality staff as needed
o Assist with special projects as assigned

Job Requirements

EDUCATION

High School/GED required

WORK EXPERIENCE

At least two (2) years administrative experience required
