Compensation: $10.10 Hourly

Seeking compassionate applicants to provide support and supervision for our residential centers in Jefferson City.  PRN/on-call, all shifts, and all days of the week.  Can potentially grow into full-time positions.


HS diploma/GED and one year of professional, paid work experience.  Must have a good driving record and the ability to obtain a Class E license within 90 days of hire.  All new hires must pass background checks and attend a 2 day orientation.  Excellent communication required.


  1. Reports and records observable changes in resident behavior, attitude and physical condition
  2. Assists with or participates in re-motivation, rehabilitation, re-socialization, and behavior modification programs
  3. Teaches or assists residents in self-help skills and social behavior based on the level of need and functioning of individual residents
  4. Initiates and participates in group and/or individual activities with residents
  5. Escorts residents to appointments or as assigned
  6. Participates in specialized programs such as adjunctive therapies and individual interaction with residents
  7. Performs basic nursing care such as checking vital signs, applying simple dressings, and providing general care of residents
  8. Assists a physician or registered professional nurse with various diagnostic and treatment procedures
  9. Maintains a safe, clean and, therapeutic environment
  10. Assists in the orientation of new residents
  11. Responds to emergency situations as specified by the guidelines of the unit, including assisting residents during emergency situations
  12. Prepares and maintains records and reports
  13. Maintains adequate supplies and equipment



Job Requirements


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with arms and hands; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel or crouch; talk and hear.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.  Specific vision abilities of the position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
