The Facilities Manager is responsible for completing maintenance duties as assigned by the Director of Facilities. Responsible for supervision of the Facilities Assistants and Sr. Maintenance Assistant/Janitor positions and serve as Team Manager in the Director of Facilities absence. Job responsibilities include:

Core Responsibilities:
• Performs assigned construction, routine maintenance, and repair of Crider owned/leased properties (50%).
• Approve time and PTO in the ADP payroll system (2%)
• Perform annual evaluations of direct reports (3%)
• Assist Director and independently schedule and prioritize work among team (10%)
• Performs assigned vehicle maintenance (15%).
• Assists the Director of Facilities as needed (15%).
• Other Duties as Assigned (5%).

In the absence of the Director of Facilities and or Purchasing & Fleet Specialist:
• Monitor preventative maintenance program.
• Be on call for agency facility emergencies.
• Assign cell phones and analog phone systems issues.
• Issues agency purchase orders.
• Orders agency supplies and issue PO’s when applicable.
• Manages all vehicle repair and maintenance.
• Address security issues.

Other Responsibilities:
• Attend all trainings as required by Crider Health Center, Accrediting bodies and Funders to ensure compliance as applicable/required to your area of responsibility.



Job Requirements

• 5 years experience in building maintenance and general handyman work.
• Valid Missouri driver’s license.
• Some supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of windows-based software.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
