Compensation: $27.00

To lead a construction team to enhance office locations. Full-time benefits eligible position. Some evenings required. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC

• Lead a crew to perform construction activities including a total remodel to an office/bldg to a smaller job such as installing a new interior door for approximately 50% of the office locations.
• Be educated and comply with building regulations
• Supervise staff to ensure work performed by staff meets standards
• Coordinate timely trades work related to projects
• Work closely with facility supervisors, interior designer and other Compass personnel related to project
• Collaborate with architect to achieve plan results
• Confirm and apply for all necessary permits
• Coordinate timely city inspections
• Submit plan of work schedule for each project
• Complete work orders related to team’s work
• Conduct inspections as requested
• Other duties as assigned
• Maintain/inventory tools
• Order supplies as needed
• Assist with budgeting

Job Requirements

EDUCATION

High School/GED required

WORK EXPERIENCE

At least five (5) years experience preferred
