Compensation: $15.50 Hourly

Employment Specialist

Expanding vocational opportunities for persons with psychiatric disabilities providing individualized, community-based and integrated employment support

Job Responsibilities

1) Directly assist consumers to choose, obtain and maintain competitive employment

2) Identify, cultivate and document community employment opportunities

3) Assist to measure employer and consumer satisfaction at least on a semi-annual basis

4) Appropriate documentation and recording within the case record according to policy

5) Participate in ongoing clinical supervision

6) Participate in weekly team meetings

7) Adhere to ongoing professional training policies 

 

 

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human service related field or
Any bachelor’s degree with two years of experience or
Two years of higher education with two years of experience or
Four years of experience.
All experience must include working with individuals with psychiatric, substance use, and/or developmental disabilities.
Has a commitment to service and personal excellence. Is team oriented and values diversity.
