Job Description

Compensation: $60,008.00 Annually

Critical Position: $1000 sign-on bonus!

*payable after successful completion of 6-month orientation period*


Master’s degree in mental health field and three (3) or more years experience in supervised experience in the treatment of adults.

Licensed preferred.

Specialized training in the treatment of adults and substance abuse and at least one (1) year supervisory experience.

Has a commitment to service and personal excellence.

1) Performs the duties and responsibilities of Clinical Services Director
2) Maintain quality and continuity of adult substance abuse including co-occurring disorder treatment
3) Oversee all staff operations
4) Direct recruitment, hiring and training of staff
5) Assure contract compliance and coordination with OBH rules and the regulations
6) Ensure program meets all certification requirements for the Division of Alcohol and Substance Abuse, CARF or other accrediting agencies as required
7) Manage sub-contracts and referral arrangements and coordination with referrals in other community agencies
8) Manage program development
9) Provide fiscal management and accountability
10) Participate in agency meetings as appropriate
11) Monitor staff attendance and compliance with rules and regulations of the organization
