Compensation: $56,160.00 yearly

The Program Director is a a full-time benefit eligible position. 

Program Hours: **you are not expected to work all of the below hours, and will flex your time accordingly. 

Monday-Thursday: 10am-7pm

Fridays: 10am-9pm

Saturdays: 6pm-8pm

 

POSITION PURPOSE

Directs the clinical operations of the Adolescent Unit and Case Managers. Provides direct patient care (assessment, individual, and group psychotherapy) to patients on any designated unit in a psychiatric setting. Creates treatment plans and all other necessary, relevant patient-care related documentation. Discusses patient’s responses to treatment and discusses individual treatment progress with treatment team members, when applicable. Provides clinical supervision with Master level trainees as assigned by Director of Clinical Services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC

• Provide oversight, administrative and /or clinical supervision, education and leadership of clinical providers, services and training on the adolescent unit and Case Management team
• Track time/overtime and scheduling of case management team
• Provide initial evaluation and assessment within 72 hours of patient admission
• Develop appropriate treatment plan to provide service during hospitalization and provide aftercare recommendations
• Conduct individual, group and family/couples therapy
• Work with interdisciplinary treatment team members
• Maintain appropriate documentation within the time frames stated by policies
• Abide by HIPPA laws
• Remain current on organizational standards such as, but not limited to, CALM, CPR and Essential learning
• Abide by all professional and corporate ethical standards
• Other duties as assigned

• Oversee day to day operations and tasks of supervisees
• Complete performance development/AIM process
• Timecard Management – Manages time sheets
• Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals

WORKING CONDITIONS & EXPOSURE RISK

• Regular exposure to blood and/or body fluids
• Regular exposure to biohazard waste materials

 

Job Requirements

EDUCATION

Master’s degree in social work required

WORK EXPERIENCE

• At least five years of experience as a treatment provider required
• At least three years supervisory experience required
• Experience working with an acute psychiatric population preferred

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri required
