Job Description

Compensation: $66920 annually


Oversees all aspects of the Adolescent and Adult Addiction Recovery Treatment services in his/her region to ensure that the consumers and family members received quality care.


Certified Substance Abuse Counselor with three (3) or more years experience in the treatment of Addictions or Master’s degree in mental health field and three (3) or more years experience in supervised experience in the treatment of Addictions. At least one (1) year supervisory experience. Licensed preferred. Has a commitment to service and personal excellence. Is team oriented and values diversity.


1) Maintain quality and continuity of Adolescent and Adult Addiction Recovery Treatment Services including co-occurring disorder treatment.
2) Oversee all staff operations. 3) Direct recruitment, hiring and training of staff.
4) Assure contract compliance for Addiction recovery Treatment Services in his/her area and coordination with DMH rules and the regulations.
5) Ensure program meets all certification requirements for the Division of Alcohol and Substance Abuse, CARF or other accrediting agencies as required.
6) Manage sub-contracts and referral arrangements and coordination with referrals in other community agencies.
7) Manage program development.
8) Provide fiscal management and accountability.
9) Participate in agency meetings as appropriate.
10) Monitor staff attendance and compliance with rules and regulations of the organization.
11) Utilize reports to manage programs effectively and efficiently.
12) Other duties as assigned.

Although driving is not an essential function of the position, a valid license and agency established minimum automobile coverage are required in the event the employee drives during the course of employment.
