Job Description

Compensation: $21.75 Hourly


The Supervisor shall be responsible for overseeing the provision of the Community Support services.


The CPRC Supervisor shall be a qualified mental health professional as defined by the Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation program standards who has at least six (6) months experience working with persons with serious and persistent mental illness. Must have a master’s degree in a human services field. Has a commitment to service and personal excellence. Is team oriented and values diversity.


1) Provide supervision of Integrated Health Specialists including at least one hour face-to-face individual supervision, daily availability for consultation and ongoing opportunity for skill development

2) Insures that appropriate documentation and recording occurs within individual case records according to policy

3) Participate in weekly team meetings

4) Insures that face-to-face initial screenings occur within ten (10) working days of referral to the CPRC program

5) Conducts screenings and assessments for potential consumers

6) Other duties as assigned
