DEPARTMENT: Clubhouse

REPORTS TO: Deputy CCO, Recovery

POSITION PURPOSE

The Clubhouse Director is responsible for directing and managing the Clubhouse including Unit Leaders and Transportation Team Leader.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC

  • Oversee daily program operations including, not limited to, maintenance of facility, vehicles, and equipment
  • Oversee and maintain compliance with all applicable licensure, certification, and or accreditation
  • Maintain Clubhouse International standards
  • Serve as program and person-served advocate
  • Conduct annual evaluations of staff performance
  • Coach staff as needed on job performance
  • Implement agency policies as needed
  • Monitor staff and program productivity
  • Will ensure that staff seek culturally competent services to meet the unique cultural needs of members
  • Marketing & outreach:
    • provide educational information to other community agencies about Clubhouse services
    • Network with other agencies to meet needs of individuals served
    • Monitor outreach program
  • Fiscal management of the program including, but not limited to, monitoring staff and program productivity, monitoring program expenses according to budget, and assisting in developing a budget for each program
  • Provide crisis intervention services as needed with clients and provide necessary referrals as needed
  • Participate in the CPRP quality assurance process
  • Monitor documentation of services through regular records review
  • Maintain program guidelines and assessment process through quarterly review
  • Other Duties as assigned
  • Eligible candidates must have at least two years experience in relevant field. Supervisory experience preferred.  Experience with the International Clubhouse model preferred.  Will work at least     weekend day per month and occasional evenings.  Will be conducting community presentations and developing relationships with local employers for transitional employment sites.

• Oversee day to day operations and tasks of supervisees
• Complete performance development/AIM process
• Timecard Management – Manages time sheets
• Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals

Job Requirements

EDUCATION

Master’s degree in a human service related field required

WORK EXPERIENCE

• At least two years of relevant experience required
• Supervisory and/or administrative training and experience preferred

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

Missouri Chauffer’s license (Class E) required (must be able to obtain within 60 days of hire)
