Compensation: $14.34 Hourly

Job Description

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, scheduling new referral appointments, operating telephone switchboard, entering consumers into the computer, completing referral form, communicating insurance information to authorizing staff for preauthorization.

 

Job Requirements

High School Diploma with clerical experience.

 

Job Responsibilities

1) Answer incoming calls.

2) Provide excellent customer service 100% of the time.

3) Determine type of service caller is seeking.

4) Collect full and complete insurance information from caller.

5) Route insurance information to insurance department for verification and pre-authorization.

6) Schedule appropriate type of service for caller.

7) Repeat appointment date, time and location to caller 100% of the time.

8) If no appointment is made, provide appropriate referral and offer crisis number as needed.

9) Other duties as assigned
