Job Description

Compensation: $57,865.60

POSITION PURPOSE

Responsible for assisting the Director in operation of the Transitional Living Programs at DuPont and Dahlia House in order to provide quality of care and safety for persons in treatment and to help them successfully transition back into the community.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC

• Assist Director in oversight of daily program operations including, not limited to, maintenance of facility, vehicles, and equipment
• Assist Director in oversight and maintenance of compliance with all applicable licensure, certification, and or accreditation
• Serve as program and person-served advocate
• Conduct annual evaluations of staff performance
• Coach staff as needed on job performance
• Implement agency policies as needed
• Monitor staff and program productivity
• Will ensure that staff seek culturally competent services to meet the unique cultural needs of members
• Assist Program Director as needed with evaluating, placing and tracking referrals and coordination with community resources
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed with clients and provide necessary referrals as needed
• Monitor documentation of services through regular records review
• Assist in completion of required clinical documentation including assessments, Wellness Plans and reviews
• Develop and provide trainings for staff
• Provide coverage for Program Director, CPRC Supervisor and CLI Supervisors as needed
• Participate in agency meetings as appropriate
• Other Duties as assigned

Job Requirements

EDUCATION

Master’s degree in a human service-related field required

WORK EXPERIENCE

• At least two years of relevant experience required
• Supervisory and/or administrative training and experience preferred
• A valid driver's license at the time of hire with the ability to obtain and maintain a class E MO driver's license by the end of 60-day introductory period required

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

PLPC, LPC, LMSW or LCSW required
