Compensation: $19.97 Hourly

POSITION PURPOSE: 

Provide support to the Corporate Compliance Department and Executive Leadership. Assist with the investigation of various internal health care compliance matters; auditing claims and clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance; providing reports for review by compliance team; assisting in special projects or activities as needed. Perform general administrative support tasks. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required with 5 Years of Administrative Experience Preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist the Corporate Compliance Department
  • Participate in compliance reviews, aid in investigations, and assist with other corporate compliance related projects
  • Provide support for conduct of audits of billed claims, policies, procedures and processes to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
  • Provide information for audit follow up to ensure continued compliance with applicable internal policies and procedures and external regulations, including monthly, quarterly and annual account and activity reviews where applicable
  • Provide support to assigned areas on compliance-related issues
  • Provide general administrative support as needed for executive leadership
  • Greet persons entering establishment, determine the nature and purpose of visit and direct or escort them to specific destinations
  • Other duties as assigned
