Compensation: $33.99-41.45/hr Dep on License

The ACT Team Leader establishes, administers and directs the program of Assertive Community Treatment ensuring appropriate services are provided by a multidisciplinary team and functions as a practicing clinician on the team. Flexibility in schedule is preferred as some evenings or weekends may be required to support team members. 

This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00 pm.

Responsibilities Include: 

• Provide supervision of ACT team members to include at least one hour of face-to-face individual supervision, day, weekend, and evening availability for consultation and ongoing opportunity for skill development
• Ensure appropriate documentation and recording occurs within individual case records per policy
• Participate in daily team meetings
• Ensure face-to-face initial screenings occur upon referral to the ACT program
• Conduct screenings and assessments for potential consumers
• Provide regular reports to program director on budget and daily operations of the program
• Ensure the multidisciplinary team remains fully staffed
• Other duties as assigned


• Oversee day to day operations and tasks of supervisees
• Complete performance development/AIM process
• Timecard Management – manages time sheets
• Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals
• Clinical oversight

Job Requirements

Master’s degree in social work or related field required

At least six months experience working with persons with serious and persistent mental illness required

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: PLPC, LPC, LMSW  or LCSW valid in the state of Missouri
